      Good pay, excellent benefits, and a great environment for growth

      Can be a bit stuffy, can get so worried up about maintaining to Ritz Carlton image that it loses sight of things that matter.

      Pros

      Great benefits for retirement, and hotel discounts.

      Cons

      The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
