Pros

I've worked for a mixture of companies including SME's and large blue chips. This is the first company I've worked for that truly does reward you for your hard work and determination. I know that the more work I put in, the more I get out and the rewards are outstanding. On top of an excellent bonus structure, the management constantly do everything they can to make you feel valued. From DM to VP, the appreciation for your personal input is communicated continuously. I am lucky to work in a great team with colleagues who support me and make everyday enjoyable in spite of some of the pressures.

Cons

With any sales role, there is pressure to perform. We have tough KPI's but they are achievable if you're determined to succeed.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Success with other departments - just not in mine

Cons

Complete bait and switch. I accepted this position under one manager, only to find out after resigning from my previous job that I would be reporting to someone else entirely. There was no meaningful onboarding, no training materials, and no support system in place. My manager openly stated that there was no monetary value in helping me succeed and made little effort to train or develop me. Requests to shadow and learn the business were dismissed in favor of keeping me on the phones. Instead of being set up for success, I felt actively prevented from growing. HR was equally disappointing. I raised legitimate concerns and never received a response. The organization talks about development and support, but my experience suggested otherwise. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I have made.
