Pros

Co-workers are great and most are really helpful. I met some wonderful folks there and maintain friendships to this day. Excellent outside training programs in most departments. It is a very challenging environment that never slows down. You will always stay busy and rarely be bored. Lot's of social functions too.

Cons

Highly stressful environment with no consideration for work / life balance. You always feel like your job is on the line even when you are producing quality work. Organizational structures are constantly changing which contributes to this unstable feeling. They will use you until you are all used up then kick you to the streets when they are done. Low pay. Lot's of favoritisim. You can make huge mistakes without repercussions if you are in with the right crowd, otherwise any mistake can get you fired. Management style is hit and miss, some are really good while others are completely incompetant.

Pros

Good comp plan. Good management. Expectations and standards are high but achievable.

Cons

Job is very fast-paced, but that is to be expected at a staffing agency

Pros

Success with other departments - just not in mine

Cons

Complete bait and switch. I accepted this position under one manager, only to find out after resigning from my previous job that I would be reporting to someone else entirely. There was no meaningful onboarding, no training materials, and no support system in place. My manager openly stated that there was no monetary value in helping me succeed and made little effort to train or develop me. Requests to shadow and learn the business were dismissed in favor of keeping me on the phones. Instead of being set up for success, I felt actively prevented from growing. HR was equally disappointing. I raised legitimate concerns and never received a response. The organization talks about development and support, but my experience suggested otherwise. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I have made.
