Pros

Bootcamp for my future jobs. Met a lot of great connections. Was able to work with variety of industries. Decent CRM/ATS at the time.

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about employees, only ROI. Apathy towards employee loyalty. In order to make the salary promised, you have to work 50 hours a week.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Your recruiter will not check in with you during the assignment or provide any update on the status of when the assignment will end or reach out about how to secure a new assignment.
