Upon my arrival at RHI, I told my friends that I was stepping up to the big leagues. You're surrounded by top talent, as only the very best in the business can survive this culture. It is a tough environment, but it is fair, and will reward those who perform well.
Cons
If you're un-willing to conform to the wheel, you're in the wrong place. If you have success in an unconventional manner, one poor month can be crippling, as management will always fall back on activity metrics, regardless of your aggregate performance. I've found the growth expectations, Y/Y & sequential, to be unrealistic.
