Cons
Pay is below what you can earn in similar sales roles, considering how much you are charging your clients. They want to make a huge margin making it impossible to be competitive with pay for placements. (They would constantly make us charge the client at the margins they expected, but scrimped on the placement's pay. Shady!) Management would not believe that a production manager would steal from an employee even though the Sales Reps and Placements were changed twice for the same placement... makes no sense. They blamed on clerical error, but inputting on an old placement is no error.
