Pros

Robert Half is a very stable company and for the most part treats their people pretty well. They do display some loyalty to their employees. HR has made some recent changes for the better. Marketing and field support seem to be good places to be.

Cons

In my experience, working in IT is a bit hit and miss. Some segments are treated pretty well. Applications for example get's a lot of support. Operations on the other hand is not well respected. Priorities seem to change frequently, guidance is very unclear, and micro-management is all over the place from the CIO on down.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
