Pros

office environment and good recruiters to work with. pretty decent benefits not the best but better than some companies' benefits

Cons

some of the managers are too arrogant and hard to work with. They expec new employees to catch on to everything on 1 day. I as well as a few other employees were fired because the manager felt that we weren't right for the positions and we were some of the hardest working employees there.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
