Pros

Working within a team of hard working recruiters and being based onsite at the worlds biggest payments technology company in a great location.

Cons

To repeat the criticisms of a couple of below reviews, the introduction of 2 new members of management to the team at the end of 2017 have had a destructive effect on the team and created a poor working environment. There is a lack of support and far to often recruiters are being tasked with for endless hours of admin, reporting and spreadsheets which has resulted in weekend working becoming the norm. Previous management assisted with these tasks which allowed for a more harmonious working environment and more productive team. Rather than listening to the concerns of recruiters, management are more interested in passing the buck and working minimal hours.

Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
