Pros
I was hired through a purely virtual process and had a lot to discover on my first days. I am delighted to report going from good surprises to excellent ones: - The SAP tower is a great workplace. - I work with a remarkable "buddy" who's easing my onboarding, introducing me to various stakeholders, helping me with the different SAP tools, showing me tricks, and sharing bits of productivity advice, know-how, and SAP wisdom. - My team is very welcoming, highly skilled, and productive, which can be intimidating but is extraordinarily motivating. - My manager is very attentive to my well-being, provides all the resources I need, involves me in the right meetings, is clear on what is expected from me. - The SAP Concur product I am working on is gorgeous, very well-conceived, and delights not only its end-users but all the stakeholders working on it.
