All hat. No cattle. Concur is obsessed with the image of an "ingenious" company while it's falling apart at the seams. Nothing says this is a great place to work like two co-founders leaving a few months post-acquisition. Concur routinely posts fake reviews on Glassdoor. This year alone, out of 56 reviews, there are four "Great place to work" and two "Great place, great culture" reviews with perfect scores. There was a lengthy review on this site in which an ex-employee called out Concur on not having any cloud-DNA. A co-founder responded to that review, detailing Concur's 20 years in the T&E space as indisputable proof that it was a cloud company. That review was posted when Concur was searching for buyers and was hyper-sensitive to any criticism of its technology. That review is no longer on this site. What happened? Doesn't matter, in a few days there'll be more "Good place to work" reviews to bury this one.
