Pros
Stellar co-workers, true autonomy, high respect for one another, lots to do and the freedom to do it, fast moving technology, fun environment, no territoriality, interesting business. I wake up every day and can't wait to get to work. From the CEO on down, I enjoy working with everyone. I know this sounds like nonsense, but I have searched for a company like this for years and finally found it. This company lives the values it tells you about on the first day.
Cons
If you aren't used to rapid change, you probably won't like it. If your forte is the Microsoft stack you have a lot to learn.
