      Pros

      Flat management structure, sales people are empowered to make their own decisions. Fantastic family culture. Heavy in customer service. Love it!

      Cons

      Very few. It can be a little frustrating sometime, working for an American owned company, the cultures between America and Europe differ on ways to doing business sometimes.

      Pros

      This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

      Cons

      The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
