      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office, hybrid work schedule (work from home and in-office.)

      Cons

      Low salary, poorly managed from c-suite all the way down to direct manager level, inconsistent work expectations and workload, no work life balance.

      Pros

      Great place to work for especially for those in information technology looking to learn more from software and hardware vendors. The meet and greets + lunch and learns help you learn more about the products and services they provide.

      Pros

      This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

      Cons

      The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
