Don't be fooled by their "promotions". It's because they can't keep anyone so they promote children into management roles with little to no experience but market it as growth. It's not, they just can't find good people who want to come over, and if they do, they realize the mistake of coming over and leave as soon as they can.
Also, SHI flatlined in 2023 making little to no profit. This is crazy because they have been having secretive layoffs of entire orgs throughout the company and even having to lay off new orgs and teams they built out because there is no direction and all of the leadership that actually knew what to do are no longer there.
Internal initiatives are failing. They are also making it extremely hard to hit quota kickers.
Don't be fooled by the marketing going on, it's just a few people way way wayyyyy to into themselves and posting about being happy because they are making all the money. It's become a joke of a place, and really is going down hill.
