If you're thinking about working at SHI, here are a few things I wish someone had told me:
Ask detailed questions about the pay and bonus structure—it’s not as clear or consistent as it sounds during the interview.
Take a tour of the office before you accept anything. The vibe in person was not what I expected based on what was described.
The training is honestly pretty weak. You’re kind of thrown in and expected to figure it out.
There’s not a lot of compassion or flexibility, especially for people with disabilities or those who need accommodations.
Overall, I didn’t feel valued as an employee. It felt like they cared more about numbers than people.
