      Pros

      Relatively easy to get hired and get your foot in the door selling tech. Some managers are great, most coworkers are too. Occasional free lunches/happy hours.

      Cons

      You are expected to do far beyond what your offer sheet entails. They expect you to be an accountant, expert in every field, renewal manager, and marketer on top of a salesperson. Resources you rely on who are supposed to be the experts in their respective fields are often no help at all. 95% of the job is trial by fire. Can you make good money here? Sure, but the stress is not proportional to the pay by a long shot. Do your time, earn your stripes, and jump to a partner.

      Pros

      Great place to work for especially for those in information technology looking to learn more from software and hardware vendors. The meet and greets + lunch and learns help you learn more about the products and services they provide.

      Cons

      None, I’ve had a positive experience with them!

      Pros

      This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

      Cons

      The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
