      Pros

      The non managerial people are the only redeemable quality of this company.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Way below industry standards. Stunted room for growth. An out of touch management system. Poor training. Impractical expectations. An HR department that is more inclined to stalk your social media than to help you with a genuine issue. Hypocritical double standards. RTO mandate was unpopular and they went ahead with it anyway. If you have manager in your title, you can work from home whenever you feel like. If you don’t, you either come in or you’re force to use PTO with little to no exception. They dont care about what will make the company and its employees do better, they want their bottom line padded. Out of touch executives. Lastly, the darling, which is sales, is incompetent and lazy. The AEs are the absolute worst offenders of this.

      Pros

      Great place to work for especially for those in information technology looking to learn more from software and hardware vendors. The meet and greets + lunch and learns help you learn more about the products and services they provide.

      Pros

      This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

      Cons

      The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
