An HR department that is more inclined to stalk your social media than to help you with a genuine issue. Hypocritical double standards. RTO mandate was unpopular and they went ahead with it anyway. If you have manager in your title, you can work from home whenever you feel like. If you don’t, you either come in or you’re force to use PTO with little to no exception. They dont care about what will make the company and its employees do better, they want their bottom line padded. Out of touch executives. Lastly, the darling, which is sales, is incompetent and lazy. The AEs are the absolute worst offenders of this.
