Whatever makes the most sense and would actually work? Nah, they dont do that here. They will ask you a question, you answer, and they'll tell you to stay in your lane or stop making excuses. Every hire is based on who you know and DEI, so of course the wrong people are in leadership positions which leads to a gigantic mess. They preach that they care about safety, quality, then production. Yes they care more about safety than most places, but production rules here. Production is #1. Corners are cut constantly, if you ask questions or speak up, (especially about quality) you will be labeled and secretly blacklisted from everything. If you're one of the ones who gets labeled, you'll be scolded for stuff you didnt do, gaslit and written up for anything. If you're a picky, you can do whatever you want. Favoritism, hypocrisy and appearances are everything. Management and engineers will put off needed tasks for months and the place will be a mess, but then some big wig will come tour and it's a frantic rush the day before they come to clean up and get everything to where it should've been all along, for the sake of appearances. This place is all talk. The people with the bitchiest attitudes and laziest work ethics win the favoritism of the managers and then are promoted within a few months, even when there's supposedly a rule stating you have to stay in a roll for 6 months before promotion. It's all favoritism and high school drama. The communication is atrocious. They are super strict and nitpicky over the dumbest things but dont care about things they should. The motto should be "majoring in the minors and minoring in the majors" Also there's little to no training. Their version of "training" is telling you something once and then expecting you know it..until it changes. Work instructions are lacking or non existent, and there are no standards to work towards. It's 'make it up as you go' shoot in the dark.

Cons

Bureaucratic processes can make it difficult to move quickly. Some HR policies feel unnecessarily restrictive and are not always clearly communicated during the hiring process. Referral bonuses are forfeited if an employee leaves before the payout date, even if the referral was successfully hired. Limited office presence in major U.S. hubs such as New York and San Francisco, and few options for part-time or reduced-hour work arrangements.
