We are disappointed to hear about your experience. At Schneider Electric, being open is one of our core values. We encourage transparency and most importantly ethical behavior from everyone, everywhere.
Schneider Electric has clearly defined Principles of Responsibility, which outline the legal and ethical principles that must guide all of us in our work. Every employee is required to learn about and adhere to this set of principles. These principles are driven by three fundamentals: laws, ethics, and social responsibility. We have a system in place that encourages employees to speak up without repercussions to their manager, human resources or other internal functions such as finance or legal. If any employee wants to escalate a concern, we encourage them to use our R&ED (Ethics) Line, which is a 100% confidential, 3rd party neutral reporting system. All reports are investigated and corrective actions are implemented. No employee, whatever their position, has the authority to order, request or even influence another employee to violate our Principles of Responsibility.
Employees can access the Principles of Responsibility and the R&ED Line by visiting ‘Our Commitments’ in the ‘Our Strategy’ section of the global intranet.
We expect all our employees, regardless of their level in the organization, to demonstrate ethical leadership behaviors every day. This is our commitment and a critical element to our culture. Thank you for sharing your review. With individuals like you who are open about feedback, we will make positive changes for everyone.
