Pros

Plant Manager was OK but hand tie, as I approached with the problem tried to help but subordinated to HR VP just because he was in a higher rank

Cons

Its a place that will get you nowhere if you are a brown nose this is your place, management vocabulary is really French.... litterally from the cursing is incredible from top top level management. also they will say they will do something even put it in the contract and then never happened, as when whent to HR- vice president he mentioned that he will fix it, after a month and no results I started to call him several times just to hear that he has no time to fix their wrongs, he asked me to suck it up (what a jerk) I left after that. Never work here if want a good company, also they asked me to return the sign in bonus before taxes, as soon as I mentioned OK you will get it from the judge because I am suiting the company the attitude changed

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
