- You get to work with some brilliant and friendly people.
Cons
- No job security. You can work there for 10 years with all positive impact reviews, and one morning you're terminated. - The culture is awful now. Not what it use to be. - There's a tremendous amount employees that are completely useless, along with Management. - Leadership not being present for weeks at a time, with constant reasons for missing days. - The company is still doing mass layoffs, however they are done in smaller numbers every month or two. Likely to avoid the negative press.
