Pros
Having been with the major company that was aquired by Stantec, I can say that they really do care about their people and talent. The business at a whole is on a forward direction even in the size they are. In NZ you get alot of exposure to different projects and clients and being pigeonhole'd is not a concern should you express interesting in a diverse workload.
Cons
As most large companies go, processes are always a struggle. however, i dont think anything is particularly unreasonable and wouldnt be a deal breaker.
