Variety of projects, ability to advance, dynamic working environment. Fair, if not impressive, pay and benefits. Yearly raises are fair and there is opportunity to advance if you advocate for yourself.
Cons
Starting pay is on the low end for professional positions but once you're settled in, you'll likely get a raise at the end of the year. Can be easy to "get lost in the crowd" if you don't advocate for your professional growth and seek out opportunities within the company.
