Pros
The company culture is good which leaves it to each team the decisions on the employee's wellbeing to work out between themselves.
Cons
The management is poorly monitored. I feel that different teams are varied but for my experience as a graduate I did not receive the support that I was promised as most management team was not pulling their weight to win work and a lot of WFH which felt that they actually don’t really like what they do. The elder team which was much more diligent was retiring and the new workforce was not adequately equipped for the task.
