      Pros

      Large company, lots of mobility. The size of the company allows you the opportunity to gather a lot of experience in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be a bit lower then the industry standard but still competitive. Perhaps an increase in the percentage of work from home staff would make up for this.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
