Pros
I stayed far longer than I expected because I liked the people around me at my level. Good benefits: 4 weeks vacation, decent health care (although only high deductible plans offered now). Grateful to have been hired directly after college.
Cons
Delusional ideas about the future, actively trying to out-source their entire staff (which is an industry wide trend), highly compartmentalized to the point where no two teams know what each other are doing (clients complained they had to call 4 different teams instead of just having a single contact)
