      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. There is definitely a different feel in the culture. I have witnessed people bring up a problem, management supports and empowers them to fix it and then afterwards it boosts them up the career ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes we are too dependent on consultants and trust their expertise rather than building the skills in house.
