Pros
If you are successful you are paid well. The sales jobs are good until recently where they have changed significantly very year for the past 3-4 years. The customers are starting to get frustrated and don't know their reps anymore. If you are good though, you will make a lot of money.
Cons
Management talks about how much they care about their people but all they really care about is the bottom line. They will make numbers at all costs. Compared to other sales jobs it would be nice to have an expense account.
