You have good contracts and the company name is recognized everywhere you go... not always for the better though.
Cons
Nobody is safe at Stryker. Their “win at all cost” mentality creates a hostile work environment that is hard to leave at home. If you’re good at your job and want to be promoted go somewhere else. They will keep you in your role because you are too profitable and promote the dumbest person on the team. Stryker is more about gaining contracts, buying competition, and dominating the industry than doing the right thing for patients and employees. How they win best places to work is beyond me. I would not work here for all the money in the world.
