Pros
Really driven to provide the best products and services to our customers. A good deal of corporate responsibility, and genuine concern for employees. Excellent wellness program, maternity leave and access to training.
Cons
Unfortunately many areas of the company lack diversity and still have an old school, boys club mentality. Because of this there is resistance to the new hybrid model of working that COVID has brought on, and many in leadership are still determined that the workforce will return to a majority onsite.
