Cons

Inconsistent hours — periods of minimal hours followed by being overworked with little work-life balance. Frequent weekend work and ongoing understaffing, often leading to higher workloads and expectations to do more with fewer resources. Safety policies can sometimes feel overly restrictive, making simple tasks more difficult than necessary. Limited long-term career progression beyond Store Manager, with the role carrying a significant workload and high risk of burnout.

Pros

Pros are certainly the fact that managers listen, they're very accommodating, if you ever need help or need to ask a question or anything they're always there to help, if they don't know the answer they'll find out for you, Discount between multiple industries is amazing (Macpac, BCF, Rebel and Supercheap Auto) even if you don't really go into the other places it's good to know you have it just in case, as well as for hotels and health, and even electronics, like Samsung products

Cons

Can't really find any cons, you do get the odd team Member who doesn't really want to work and will just stay on their phone all shift and complain
