Pros

Awesome team atmosphere, I've found management to be very approachable and receptive to any feedback or issues. Ongoing team member training and development. Varied daily tasks are great, not stuck doing the same thing day in day out. Decent pay and great team member discounts across the group.

Cons

Can't think of many cons, probably the first job that I actually look forward to going to work! The only negative is that only being part-time work hours can fluctuate quite a bit week to week, more full-time opportunities would be fantastic.

Pros

Supportive team and great workplace relationships. Developed leadership, customer service, retail, and automotive product knowledge. Easy and flexible annual leave process. Generous staff discounts on products.

Cons

Inconsistent hours — periods of minimal hours followed by being overworked with little work-life balance. Frequent weekend work and ongoing understaffing, often leading to higher workloads and expectations to do more with fewer resources. Safety policies can sometimes feel overly restrictive, making simple tasks more difficult than necessary. Limited long-term career progression beyond Store Manager, with the role carrying a significant workload and high risk of burnout.
