      Great benefits. (health, PTO, phone benefits) Depending on your immediate boss and his boss and that leadership can be great place to work.

      Cons

      consistent communication lacking - can receive completely different experience only 5 miles away at another location. weak HR Weak senior Leadership very disconnected from front lines. (ymmv)
