      Has it's faults but good place to work - the grass is always greener on the other side. Well Compensated.

      Pros

      Great benefits. (health, PTO, phone benefits) Depending on your immediate boss and his boss and that leadership can be great place to work.

      Cons

      consistent communication lacking - can receive completely different experience only 5 miles away at another location. weak HR Weak senior Leadership very disconnected from front lines. (ymmv)
