Pros
Great growing company that sells a great, fun product. Great to be at the headquarters (in Fremont) and everyone is very nice and happy to speak with you.
Cons
Tableau grew very quickly, and some of the things to think about regarding future growth in certain positions was overlooked. Sometimes change can be overwhelming, so not a good place if you are not comfortable with a constantly changing environment.
