Great company, Terrible Management in some departments - Anonymous employee Tableau Software Employee Review

I loved the people in my office, but some of the management styles exhibited by my manager and other managers was unacceptable. No forewarning of expectations, only to be dinged on performance reviews. We definitely needed some T&D for managers as well as employees how to behave in the workplace.
