Pros
You work with a great product and people who are intelligent and motivated. The culture is fun and refreshing. This is the best company I have ever worked for.
Cons
The only cons I can think of are that the company is growing so fast that you don't get to meet everyone or get to know everyone like you did when the company was smaller.
