Pros
As someone who enjoys fast pace and a full workload, I love being at Tableau. Senior leadership team listens, is engaged and supportive. The workplace is creative, positive, supportive and collaborative. I've never worked harder or been more personally & professionally satisfied in my 30+ year career.
Cons
Its important to manage your work/life balance; don't expect the company to do it for you. This is not a place for you if you're motivated strictly by $$ -- if you're looking for a creative, empowering environment, you've found it.
