Pros
Tableau used to offer excellent Support until the SF takeover. Training was excellent and knowledge resources were abundant. Great eclectic team to work with of the smartest people.
Cons
Since the SF takeover support engineers have been asked to do more and more with less and less. Nobody can keep up with increased expectations, and pay has stagnated. Experienced techs are leaving and not being replaced, or being replaced in Hyderabad. Former paths for advancement seem to have been cut off.
