      Pros

      Company still finding its feet after Salesforce aquisition. Upside is there's opportunity to do things differently and use the resources that come from being part of a much bigger company. Roadmap is looking positive.

      Cons

      Roadmap needs to be faster. Any further changes to personnel need to happen asap, and it feels they could be coming.
