Pros
The people and culture are amazing, and most people are very encouraging in your career growth. Excellent day to day work environment, and inter office politics are not nearly as frustrating as they are in other similar companies.
Cons
It does not pay enough for many roles, especially where internal promotions are concerned. If you get hired externally to a specific role, you will make way more money than someone promoted internally to that role, regardless of experience or skill in the role.
