Pros
Nice co-workers. Flexible hours. Front end management makes Target a great place to work part-time. Guest as pleasant and even the most difficult ones are a pleasure.
Cons
There is a cap on what a cashier can earn. I wasn't told that when I took the position. Other than having good work ethics it doesn't give one incentive.
