Pros
Target is an excellent company to work for especially if you're a student or juggling other responsibilities. All the staff and other employees are very nice people. All the managers I've worked under over the years are very easy going as well as helpful in regard to any kind of problems that may occur while on the job. Scheduling is pretty flexible over all which really helped me personally on my academic journey.
Cons
I struggle to think of any legitimate cons worth noting while working for this company. I've held my job at Target for over 7+ years. The volume of work increases pretty dramatically over the holiday season and can be a bit stressful, but nothing a hard working individual can't handle.
