Pros
I worked closing shifts, so my store mainly had me pack all of the picked orders and jump into drive-ups once it got too much. If you get chosen to pack, it's an easy shift because I mainly stayed in the same spot for most of my shift.
Cons
Q4 is hectic, and everyone keeps up rather than having control of the situation, which is honestly the same for every retail store. We'd have to pull people from different departments to try to pick orders, and the backroom just gets too crowded.
