      Pros

      Good ETL peers and enjoy the team members and leaders around me. Good store director too who is very involved.

      Cons

      Work life balance is horrible for salaried leaders. Long hours, 12+ hr days, schedule all over the place. Workload does not match what is given in payroll, leading to TM and lead burnout in stores consistently
