Pros

*some* good coworkers; good health insurance options for those averaging over 25 hours a week (if you're lucky enough to get that many); discounts

Cons

inconsistent schedules and cut hours even though corporate is promising more; terrible pay for the effort that's expected; insulting raises and very little genuine appreciation (and also, what appreciation is given is usually more insulting than nice); toxic management; very few opportunities for (worthwhile) advancement; hard workers are "promoted" by being given stupid titles and more tasks with no extra pay; too many adult employees act like petty, immature teenagers (including upper management); too little accountability and FAR too much favoritism; toxic managers fire people for complaining about them, and yet those same leaders can be heard complaining about team members and calling them names without consequences; ableism; unrealistic expectations; Target Corporate shifts all blame and consequences onto team members and allows toxic management to do the same
