      Everything else, Stressful, unrealistic workload, Team with high turnover, ETLs quitting every day, so now you have to do their job. Toxic environment

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
