      Pros

      Target is great because they allow a lot of flexibility for both work and personal. The people are genuine and real.

      Cons

      Nothing seems to happen quickly and it can be frustrating to see the levels of hierarchy strain the productivity and speed.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
