1. Good work life balance and WFH facility. 2. Good pay structure and pays well at joining. 3. Decent yearly hike.
Cons
1. Lots of recent organizational changes affecting the work and job security. 2. Totally Unstable organization. 3. No job security at all, anytime layoff can happen. 4. All good quality/architectural/decision making works happen at US, only implementation part comes to India. 5. Appraisal depends on your immediate manager so have to do boot lick.
